Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Please Read Before Scheduling
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your service total and guarantees your spot on my schedule. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or reschedules made outside the allowed time frame.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me time to fill your spot and respect both our schedules.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows or day-of cancellations will require a new deposit and may result in being blocked from future bookings.
